Jill's career trajectory spans from grassroots social work to international humanitarian leadership, culminating in her current role as Executive Director of the Christchurch Methodist Mission. Her journey through national and international faith-based aid and development organisations reached a significant milestone when she served as Deputy General Secretary of ACT Alliance in Geneva, a position that provided her with global perspectives on community development and humanitarian response.
