In this episode we talk with Thomas Gibbons, a leading figure with the Waikato Community Lands Trust, where he plays a key role in shaping innovative approaches to community land ownership and affordable housing development. With a background in both law and governance, Thomas brings a wealth of expertise to the challenges of housing in New Zealand.
